We Must

The world is full of conflict and misunderstandings that all people experience on a daily basis. Whether it’s a business that doesn’t live up to its promises, a boss that doesn’t treat employees with respect, or a difference of opinion that devolves into an unresolvable argument, we feel the pain.

We Can

Leaders don’t intentionally adopt humanity-diminishing practices. A CEO doesn’t want bad press, a product manager doesn’t want failed products, and an IT manager doesn’t want disengaged staff. Many of the problems with our institutions are caused by inadvertent actions, not by premeditated harmfulness.

We Will

If not now, then when? If not us, then who? While we all may differ in our appearances, backgrounds, knowledge, and beliefs, we are more alike than we are different.
